Someone is sitting very quietly, very still, right outside the front door.
It is early in the morning.
The faint winter sun is just touching her shoulders.
"Oh dear" thinks Chipmunk. "Did I get up too soon?"
"I thought it was going to be warmer out here!"
"So where's the Spring I came out for anyway?"
